Head to the Fermentary Project Room to take a hands-on masterclass exploring various homebrewing methods for producing probiotic drinks.
Learn the differences between some of the most common types of fermented products and understand why each person may need a different probiotic for optimal health.
This is a unique opportunity to observe, learn, and discuss various aspects of fermenting with Doctor Bianca Newcombe, a highly awarded engineer and cook who has made flavour deception an art.
Attendees will gain an understanding of the various types of probiotics that can be made at home and the techniques and equipment required to succeed in this nourishing pursuit.
The class is conducted on a private property on the western edge of Orange, and after the workshop, guests can indulge in a tasting plate of multi-award-winning products. The ticket price also includes a homebrew kombucha kit.
