Introducing Hotel Canobolas' brand-new signature event for 2026: Fire & Wine, an open-air celebration of local produce cooked Chefs Joel Bickford and Danny Corbett will take to the grills and wood-fire to prepare a menu inspired by the region’s growers - smoky vegetables, fire-kissed meats, charred herbs and bold, rustic flavours.
To match, a lineup of Orange wines will be poured, from textured whites to earthy, food-loving reds. Guests can settle into the courtyard’s heritage surrounds as live music carries into the evening.
