Host an event as part of the 2024 FOOD Week Festival
Bookings are now open for members to host an event as part of the 2024 FOOD Week Festival!
The 2024 festival is being held from Friday 5 April to Sunday 14 April 2024 and below is a link to the online booking form and secure payment system.
Before you start booking we recommend that you have all your information ready:
- Event Name – 47 characters
- Event Description – no more than 220 words
- All dates, times, contact details, event addresses, booking URL and pricing
- Whether bookings are essential or not
- Your logo
- 2 Hero Event Images – quality images with no text or logos across
- Valid credit card
Signature Events:
- Friday 5 April – Night Market
- Saturday 6 April – Sampson Street Lunch
- Monday 8 April – to Friday 12 April (mornings) – Shine the Light on Producers
- Monday 8 April – Dinner (TBC)
- Saturday 13 April – FORAGE
- Sunday 14 April – Sunday Producers Market
- Fringe events throughout the festival will also be considered (2 week prior and 2 weeks post the festival dates)
Program Booking Deadlines:
- Program bookings open 13 November 2023
- Program bookings close 27 November 2023
- Digital Program live 19 December 2023
- Printed Events at a Glance 20 January 2024

Please note, you must be a current business member of FOOD Week, ORVA or Orange360 to be included in this program.
