For the first time, Fiorini’s Osteria Italiana will host Festa del Cibo during this year’s FOOD Week. Running over nine unforgettable days alongside Fiorini’s à la carte offering, this Italian‑inspired set menu will showcase the finest local produce from the Towac Valley.
For this limited time, our Head Chef Simonn Hawke has curated an elegant sharing-style set menu, thoughtfully designed to showcase the very best of the season. Each dish is crafted using exceptional local ingredients, sourced at their peak and treated with the care and creativity they deserve.
Expect traditional dishes designed for sharing, complemented by beautiful local wines from nearby wineries. The set menu will be available throughout Food Week.
