The Market Cat

The Market Cat has been foraging for wild mushrooms on the slopes of Mount Canobolas since 1988. The Market Cat also supplies both dried and fresh wild mushrooms to leading restaurants, cafes and eateries in the Central West. My expertise is exclusively with the culinary use of wild mushrooms so I can help with recipes and menus to highlight the versatility of this wild seasonal vegetable.
