Smoke and Fire Feast
Smoke and Fire Feast with Chef Jeff Schroeter is a four-course shared feast across Borrodell Estate’s long communal tables featuring local produce pushed by the elements of fire.
Borrodell’s cider and wines will play a key aspect in each course served, with Jeff creatively using the vineyard’s drinks as an ingredient in each dish. Whether cured, fermented, or reduced into a silky, velvety sauce, this is a chance to taste Borrodell in an entirely new way.
Weather permitting, long tables will be setup across Borrodell’s lawn under the setting sun, with strings of lighting illuminating the incredible dark sky, while smells of dinner being prepared in our smoke-house and fire pit barbeques ignite your senses.
