Raw and Fizz
The Hotel Canobolas hosts the best of the region’s raw produce and sparkling wines as part of the annual Orange FOOD Week festival in its new Summer Street Bar & Dining Room on level 1.
Seafood industry legend, John Susman will be supplying some very special raw produce including oysters, shellfish and tuna, kingfish and salmon sashimi. Local highlights include beef tartare and crudites showcasing the best of the region.
The evening will be hosted as a Tasting Room format, with a snack menu from chefs Danny Corbett and Joel Bickford accommpanied by an oyster and sparkling wine masterclass and live entertainment.
