Orange FOOD Week – Printhie Wines Private Fly Fishing and Five Course Lunch
Spend the morning enjoying the peaceful sounds of Printhie’s lake and learn the art of fly fishing. A private instructor will take guests through rigging the rod, how to cast and how to reel in a fish. Settle in for an hour of self-guided fly fishing, with the instructor close at hand to answer any questions and offer feedback on technique.
This intimate fly-fishing experience will be followed by a five-course degustation lunch including flagship matching wines at hatted restaurant Printhie Dining, where head chef Jack Brown consciously crafts menus that showcase premium local produce and Australian native botanical flavours.
