Have you always wanted to know how to turn seasonal fruit & veg into amazing relishes, chutneys & sauces? With the skills and knowledge gained from this class, you’ll be equipped to make these tasty preserves for use throughout the year, or to give as beautiful gifts. 

Learn all the fundamentals of preserving methods, then put them into practice when you get “hands on”, using ingredients from the orchard to prepare & make a batch of yummy relish or chutney.
