A relaxed Sunday session celebrating the Orange region’s sparkling scene, Raw Fizz brings together méthode traditionnelle producers, pét-nat favourites and small-batch innovators for an afternoon of bubbles, bites and open-air enjoyment. Hosted at The Hotel Canobolas, this event is designed for sparkling enthusiasts and casual sippers alike - a chance to taste through the region’s most expressive bottles in a laid-back, communal setting.
Expect a curated selection poured by the winemakers themselves, paired with a menu of light snacks and produce-driven small plates from the Canobolas kitchen. Think fresh seafood, early-autumn vegetables and dishes built for long, easy sipping. With live entertainment and a relaxed pace, Raw Fizz is the perfect way to ease into week two of the festival.
