Ross Hill Wines

In 1994, when Peter and Terri Robson purchased a property on Griffin Road in Orange, the Ross Hill Wines story began. At that time there were only a few other vineyards in Orange, and it didnt take long for another one to be planted!

Twelve years later, their son James and his wife Chrissy moved to Orange to bring up their young family and join the family business. James and Chrissy have taken over the reigns of the day-to-day running of the winery business, with Peter and Terri still very much hands-on.

Ross Hill Wines is Australia’s first certified National Carbon Offset Standard (NCOS) Winery and produces award winning wines. The contemporary country style cellar door is open for tasting 10.30am – 5pm 7 days a week. Join us for a complimentary winery tour daily at 10am sharp before enjoying your tasting, overlooking the vines.

There are three levels of wine tasting in the cellar door:

  • Wine tasting experience
  • Wine tasting and food pairing experience
  • Lunch @ The Pantry held every Saturday (excl. Barrel & Larder class dates)

The cellar door also houses the stunning, custom designed cooking school, Barrel & Larder. We also cater for special functions and corporate events.

Ross Hill Wines are available in some of Australia’s best restaurants and proudly serve as the house wines for the Fratelli Fresh group of restaurants. You won’t find Ross Hill Wines in any of your large supermarket bottle shops but you may find the range in your favourite local pub, restaurant or independently owned bottle shop.
