Boutique Garlic

Located at Springside just outside of Orange, Dougal combines many different methods to grow food, including conventional, organic, biodynamic, holistic and scientific. He mainly grows garlic, up to ten acres each year, including the NZ Purple, Dunganski, Monaro, Printator (commonly known as Australian White) and Elephant Garlic varieties.
