Trang Le, founder and owner of Trang Hue Marinades and Sauces, started this company with a dream.
Originally from Hue in Vietnam, Trang wanted to share quality Vietnamese food with people throughout the Central West of NSW through her restaurant in Orange NSW. Now Trang wants to spread the dream to Australia with her Marinades and Sauces using local produce.
Trang is very passionate about Vietnamese food, especially dishes from the ‘Hue’ region, and takes great pride in introducing people to the delicacies she is so proud of.
The Sauces range includes, Lemongrass Chilli Sauce which is a flavoursome simmer sauce you can add Chicken, Meat, Seafood or Vegetables to. BBQ Marinade which is great paired with Chicken or Pork. The range also had Dipping Sauces and Salad Dressings that go great with Salads, Rice Paper rolls or Spring Rolls.
