Saltbird gourmet flavoured salts made locally in Orange. The use of these flavoured salts is only limited by your imagination. Use in your everyday cooking in place of regular salt to add a depth of flavour.

Saltbird was started by Rachel Blanchard, when she decided to embark on a business in 2011 within an area that had always been close to her heart – Food.

With the great help of friends, family, and the amazing food community of Orange Saltbird was born.
