Highland Heritage Cellar Door is a 6 minute drive from town. At the vineyard, stroll through the vines, visit the Cellar Door for a tasting of our many award winning cool climate wines and largest range of ports and dessert styles. Enjoy the panoramic vista of Summer Hill Creek.

From the Cellar door the vista is expansive, overlooking the Summer Hill Creek valley towards the original “Wellwood” homestead that was constructed in the early 1840’s. The now Highland Heritage vineyard was once a part of the original “Wellwood” run.

Our vineyard grows six varieties of red and white grapes, the wines are available at our cellar door which is open seven days a week from 10am until 5pm. Come and elevate your senses, taste our wines and soak up the unique atmosphere.
