Wine Wars

The outline of Wine Wars is as follows:

Chef creates a 5 course degustation dinner
They then have 2 vineyards match their wine to the dishes
On the night, the wine maker or rep is there to speak, (and jovially war against the other vineyard)
Dishes are served with blind half pours of each wine that each vineyard has matched to the course
Guests try to guess what each wine is, what winery, vintage etc, and also vote what they think matches best. and the favourite wine match is recorded (glass one or glass 2)
The wine makers or representative then talk between courses (after everyone has voted) about each wine and why they matched the wine to the course.
Guests take score of their answers

At the end of the evening, prizes are given to guests that guessed the most correct wine, etc.

And the most favourite vineyard of wines matched to each course is tallied to see which vineyard “wins” the wine war!
