The Producer and the Chef – Digging Doug’s Spuds with Dom Aboud & Richard Learmonth

Local chefs Dom Aboud and Richard Learmonth will be joining forces for one night only this F.O.O.D week to celebrate local farmer and legend Doug Dagg.

Both chefs have made Orange home in recent years, have a passion for working closely with the region’s incredible producers.

Doug has been a key part in the many menus of both chefs and become a great friend along the way. The only thing better than his potatoes are his stories which he will be there to tell in person on the night!

Join them for an evening at The Union Bank where Dom and Richard will curate an abundant shared style menu paired with local wines from our friends at Chalou.
