Dougal from Boutique Garlic combines many different methods to grow food, including conventional, organic, biodynamic, holistic and scientific. With acres of garlic under production, he will share his secrets for producing beautiful fresh garlic and how to use it for maximum results.
Rodger from Carbeen Pastured Products is all about holistic farming and pastured poultry, nutritionally dense in vitamins and minerals and good for you. He currently produces Eggs, Beef, Lamb, Wool, Chicken and Duck and grows grain for the poultry production. All his animals express their natural behaviours and live together. Great stories.
