Shining the light on local producers – a show, tell & taste workshop

Richard from Franklin Road Preserves tells his wonderful story of a backyard full of cucumbers and what drove him to create a thriving preserves business using organically grown yummy fresh ingredients. The eggplant chutney (Brinjal Kasundi) is to die for, as is the Roasted Tomato sauce.

S.J from Second Mouse Cheese Company will delight with her story of how a cheese making class inspired her to become an Artisan Cheesemaker. All her cheeses are 100 per cent handmade, hand-packed and produced using the best milk sourced from local family-owned independent dairies. Inspiring!

Hear their stories, secret tips and recipes, and best of all taste and buy their wonderful products, with a glass of Tamburlaine Organic Rose for the perfect finish to the morning.
