Paula from Thornbrook Orchard, a third-generation orchardist, tells you not only about the life of an apple and which apples work best for eating, and cooking, she also shares tips on how Cherries, apricots and so many more fruits thrive in the fertile volcanic soil.

Zanzie from Trunkey Creek Family Farm talks pigs and hormone free pork products – bacon, ham, salami, pancetta and European style speck, Kessler and more. You’ll be excited by their passion for what they produce and their high standards of production.

Hear their stories, secret tips and recipes, and best of all taste and buy their wonderful products, with a glass of Tamburlaine Organic Rose for the perfect finish to the morning.
