CIOCIARIAN CULINARY ADVENTURE IN CARCOAR

Paolo will be showcasing the amazing parallels between the Orange region and his home region of Ciociaria in central Italy with a menu starring locally-sourced venison and pasture-raised chicken, olives, olive oil, artisanal cheese, wild honey, foraged forest mushrooms and culminating in Antica’s now (in)famous Blue Cheese Gelato. Augmenting the experience, you will be swept away 3,000 years back in time with the stories behind the traditional dishes being presented by Kelly - sharing an insight into the original ancient Samnite civilisation origins of Ciociaria.

Tickets $150 per person includes four glasses of matched wines from Cargo Road Wines. Antica is BYO.

Available for set sessions for lunch (1-4pm) and dinner (7-10pm) on Friday 9 & Saturday 10 April as well as Friday 16 and Saturday 17 April 2021.

Places are limited to 20 guests per session.
