Collaboration dining experience with local Aboriginal-owned and operated tour and catering company, Indigenous Cultural Adventures during the 2021 Orange FOOD Week festival. An elegant five course collaborative dining experience of First Nations bush tucker with a regional Italian twist to introduce you to a taste of the ancient south of both lands. Features local native herbs that have been foraged or sourced from local community gardens. Lemon myrtle infused Parrot gin cocktail served with a crocodile ceviche and fennel & orange salad; chili & pepperberry fried emu; saltbush barramundi poached in local wine in paperbark; finger lime granita; and Antica’s now famous Blue Cheese Gelato with local figs, yellowbox honey and hazelnuts.
Set sessions Lunch (1.30pm) and Dinner (6.30pm) on Sunday 11 and Sunday 18 April 2021.
Tickets $150 per person includes five courses and lemon myrtle infused gin cocktail on arrival. Antica is BYO.
Places are limited to 20 guests per session. BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL.
